Service Description

The Couples Breathwork Journey offers a unique opportunity to share a breathwork session with a partner or loved one. This does not replace couples therapy, however, it offers the opportunity for each person to go on a journey of self discovery together, but separately. A safe container is held to ensure each person can truly have their own experience, this includes speaking without being interrupted and each person staying on their own mat. Sharing in this way can strengthen a connection without deliberately trying to fix anything.
